01 · THE OPPORTUNITY
Post-quantum cryptography, already shipped in a live Layer 1
Post-quantum cryptography stops being theoretical the moment you store data that must stay secret for a decade. We implement quantum-resistant encryption in production, and we have already shipped it inside a live Layer 1 blockchain, which almost no firm ranking for these terms can say.

02 · WHAT WE BUILD
The work inside this service

Quantum-resistant encryption
NIST-standard algorithms (ML-KEM, ML-DSA) implemented in real systems, not just referenced in a deck.

Quantum-safe security and crypto-agility
Architectures that can swap cryptographic primitives as standards evolve, so you are never locked to one algorithm.

PQC migration
A path from today's encryption to post-quantum, prioritized against the harvest-now-decrypt-later risk to your data.

Blockchain post-quantum security
On-chain systems hardened against quantum attack, proven on a live chain.

HOW WE ENGAGED

We define the build before we build it.
VTS Labs is senior-led and PRD-first. On build work, we define what gets made, why, and in what order before any code begins, so the scope is clear from day one.
The PRD
Most build projects open with a Product Requirements Document that defines exactly what gets built, why, and in what order, before code begins.
Scoped, then engineered
We engineer against the PRD, so the work is defined up front instead of discovered as it goes.
Land and expand
Once the first build proves out, we extend it. Most clients start with one scope and grow into a longer roadmap.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Long-tail questions that catch search intent and answer the buyer before the call.

What is post-quantum cryptography?
Encryption designed to stay secure against quantum computers, which will break much of today's public-key cryptography. It uses new NIST-standardized algorithms such as ML-KEM and ML-DSA.

Why does this matter now if quantum computers aren't here yet?
Because of harvest-now-decrypt-later: attackers can capture encrypted data today and decrypt it once quantum hardware matures. Anything that must stay secret for years is already at risk.

What is harvest-now-decrypt-later?
An attack where encrypted data is stored now and decrypted later when quantum computers are capable. It makes long-lived secrets (records, keys, IP) the urgent ones to protect first.

Have you actually deployed PQC in production?
Yes. We built post-quantum cryptography into a live Layer 1 blockchain (Krown Network) with quantum hardware partners, which is rare among firms offering these services.
