01 · THE OPPORTUNITY
Mobile app development for iOS and Android, backend included
Mobile app development is half the product. We build iOS and Android apps, native or cross-platform, on top of the backend infrastructure that decides whether they stay fast and reliable once real users arrive.

02 · WHAT WE BUILD
The work inside this service

iOS app development
Native and cross-platform iOS apps built to Apple's standards and shipped through App Store review.

Android app development
Android apps built for the device and OS fragmentation that real users actually carry.

React Native and cross-platform
One codebase across iOS and Android where it makes sense, without giving up native feel.

App backends and infrastructure
Auth, sync, notifications, and the APIs underneath, designed to scale with installs.

HOW WE ENGAGED

We define the build before we build it.
VTS Labs is senior-led and PRD-first. On build work, we define what gets made, why, and in what order before any code begins, so the scope is clear from day one.
The PRD
Most build projects open with a Product Requirements Document that defines exactly what gets built, why, and in what order, before code begins.
Scoped, then engineered
We engineer against the PRD, so the work is defined up front instead of discovered as it goes.
Land and expand
Once the first build proves out, we extend it. Most clients start with one scope and grow into a longer roadmap.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Long-tail questions that catch search intent and answer the buyer before the call.

Do you build native or cross-platform apps?
Both. We use React Native when one codebase serves iOS and Android well, and go native (Swift, Kotlin) when the product needs platform-specific depth. We recommend the right path in the PRD.

Do you build the backend too?
Yes, and it is the part most app shops skip. Auth, sync, push, and the APIs behind the app are what keep it reliable as installs grow, so we build them as part of the engagement.

Can you take an app to the App Store and Play Store?
Yes. We handle the build through store submission and review for both Apple and Google.

Can you rescue an existing app?
Yes. We audit the current build first, then extend it or rebuild the parts holding it back, with the tradeoffs spelled out before we commit.
