01 · THE CHALLENGE
Validator participation that
most holders can't reach.
Running a validator is a technical, high-commitment path that most token holders can't take. But routing them to "just stake" usually means fragmented flows and unclear rewards. The platform had to serve both without splitting into two products.
A complex dedicated path
Running a validator means infrastructure, monitoring, and ongoing upkeep, out of reach for most holders.
Fragmented staking flows
Without one guided experience, onboarding, staking, and unstaking get confusing and easy to abandon.
Unclear reward visibility
Users want to see what their stake earns and what status it's in, without digging.
Two models, one product
Operators and passive stakers have very different needs, but should share one coherent platform.

Two models, one guided journey.
Multi-chain trading is fragmented by default. Every chain has its own interface, bridge execution is opaque, and pricing is hard to compare across venues. The work was to collapse that into one trustworthy surface.
