Make sure your file is exported as a "CSV" file, also known as a "Comma Separated Values" file. If you encounter any issues you'll want to verify your file is UTF-8 encoded and less than 5mb. If your file is larger than that, try removing columns you may not need. See below for additional information on specific fields.

Tip: You do not have to import every column from your CSV. Only fields set up in your CMS collection in the next step will be imported.

  • Distill research findings into actionable next steps and constraints for design

  • Explore solutions by architecting experiences using journey maps, story maps, site maps, flow diagrams, sketches, and low fidelity wireframes

  • Create UX and UI deliverables by designing medium and high fidelity wireframes

  • Demonstrate interactions and user flows by creating clickable/tappable prototypes.

Note for Applicants

If you’d like to apply, we’d love to see how you approach problem-solving in UX and design.

In ~3 minutes, please record a short Loom video where you tell us about a design problem that you have solved and show the actual work you created (e.g., Figma files, wireframes, mockups, flows, etc.).

Describe the problem, your solution, and how you arrived at it.

How to Submit your Loom video:

  1. Record your video using Loom (you can create a free account if you don’t have one).

  2. Set the video to “Anyone with the link can view.”

  3. Include the link to your Loom video in the application form below.
